1. TIGER eShop
I. The product picture(s) at eShop are simply for reference only, all take the material object as the standard.
II. eShop’s product price, promotion, terms, and conditions as well as restrictions may be different from the physical shop(s).
2. Order Verification
After receiving your order, we will check the information you provide for validity. We also verify the pricing, quantity, and current stock status of the purchased products. We reserve the right to decline any order submitted and/or limit the product quantities purchased by you, without giving any reason. In the event that a product is out of stock, you will receive a notification of order cancellation.
3. Payment
After customers complete the order details confirmation, the payment procedures will be processed in PayPal, Visa/ Master, Octopus, FPS, or bank transfer and we will not capture the user’s credit card information in this process. Customers will only be charged when the order is successfully accepted.
(*Excepted using Visa/Mastercard, SL Online will show as Retailer's name in your bank statement while using Amex for the payment.)
For the customers who select FPS or bank transfer for payment, please settle the payment within 3 working days after the order has been confirmed, otherwise, the order may be canceled without any notification.
4. Delivery
I. The order will be processed in 1-2 working days after confirmation. The product will be delivered in 3-5 working days after confirmation. When your items have been delivered, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.
II. Free delivery will be provided for purchasing a specified amount.
III. An additional delivery charge of HK$30 will be charged for each delivery service if the net purchase is less than the specified amount.
5. Goods Exchange
I. Inspection Responsibility: You or your designated recipient must inspect the product's appearance and ensure all accessories are complete upon receipt.
II. Exchange Conditions: If a quality issue* is found within 3 days of receipt, you may request an exchange for the same model. If the same model is sold out or unavailable, you may choose another product of the same category and price for exchange. We will arrange free redelivery based on the order's delivery address.
III. Exchange Procedure: Please contact TIGER Hong Kong Online Store Customer Service via WhatsApp (9660 2842) to register and arrange the exchange.
*Exchange requests will not be accepted in the following cases:
• Requests made more than 3 working days after receipt.
• Products not purchased from TIGER Hong Kong Online Store.
• Products not returned with complete packaging, accessories, and manuals.
• Products showing damage, scratches, or water exposure.
• Failure to return complimentary gifts included with the purchase (otherwise, the cost of the gift must be paid).
• Lack of a valid purchase invoice.
• Requests for exchange or refund due to personal preference.
• Accessories are not eligible for exchange.
6. No refund and return of the product
All items sold are non-refundable and non-returnable after the completion of payment procedures. Customers must verify all their information, including product model, specification, and price carefully before placing order.
